On today’s episode we share a segment of Brent Pry’s talk at the Alabama Football Coaches Association Clinic that was held in Montgomery Alabama this January.

Coach Pry discusses how they are establishing their culture at Virginia Tech through four phases. In this first phase they are building the foundation upon which the program will be built, and a big part of that is what he calls their hunger drills.
