Today's Guest is Barbara Tanze, a world-class opera singer and breathing and voice coach. Breathing is the only essential body function that is conscious as well as unconscious. Anthony Trucks

One of the most important characteristics to have when pursuing success is the ability to “shift” or pivot when encountering adversity. Anthony Truckshad every excuse to roll over and accept that he wasn’t destined to become great. After being given up by his mom at the age of 3 and forced to endure a terrible foster care experience, Anthony learned survival skills that he used to leverage any opportunity he encountered. It wasn’t until his adopted mother showed him that he was loved and worthy, that he accepted and believed that greatness and success was possible for him.
