In 1996, A Canadian named Blair Adams embarked on a journey to America on a whim with vague motives and indefinite plans. But during his trip, Blair made some very strange decisions and exhibited inexplicable behavior that even people who barely knew him noticed was erratic. Blairs body was eventually found in Tennessee and Investigator Jimmy Jones described it as “the most interesting and strange he’d ever come across” in his 38 years on the job.
