Its times and energies like these (that can be a little bumpy) where we can turn to the tools that help support us, and so this is where I strongly encourage you to spend some time within and meditate.
So to help serve you all in whatever has come up for you the last few weeks, or in this past year, I have created a meditation for you. Perhaps you have faced fears, or have faced some changes that have asked you to let go of something, someone or some outdated limiting beliefs.
The first half fo the meditation is guided, it helps to break up and release any stagnant energy within your physical body and your energetic field. The meditation also helps to reinforce new belief systems through affirmations that help to rejuvenate and empower you.
The music that accompanies this guided meditation has a sound frequency of 528Hz, this frequency is known as the frequency of healing & love.
It’s vibrations activates the heart and love vibration, and helps to promote healing and for people to awaken spiritually. It also helps to bring flow, bringing more harmony and balance into your life.

She has a heart warming story of how she has established & embodied her deep connection with plants. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to plant medicine, and you can really feel her intention to bring people closer to the medicine of the plants.
In her practice, she weaves together all of her teachings of modern clinical herbalism with traditional ways of herbalism, to incorporate a truly holistic approach to healing. Her goal is to bring her community together and help people feel empowered about their lives and health by developing a deeper relationships with plants and with themselves.
