I also explain the difference between actions that are taken from force, and actions that are taken within flow state. And how that learning to surrender and let go helps you to reach that state of flow, which brings about more ease and less effort, and which leaves your energy more magnetized for your manifestations to come to you!

Whoa, the irritation and frustration came out of no where this week!
In this episode I talk about some things to try out when you are triggered. As it is our emotions that actually are like little alarms or warning bells that let us know when we need to acknowledge a fear or limiting belief.

I also share a piece of advice from my spirit guides to remember, any time you a triggered with feeling any intense negative emotions.

In this episode I talk all about THE REAL secret sauce in manifesting and any self development work. and that is: Inspired Action!

Many people can be mislead by the high pressure sales and marketing techniques of some of the self development and manifesting techniques that are out there, playing on our desire for this work to be easy and a 'quick fix'.
The truth is, this 'work' does require us to face some hard things, and calls us to take actions which can seem hard or scary to do. As soon as we accept (and not resist!) that no one else can take actions in our lives but us, well then thats when the work gets easier to do!

In this episode I explain how signs and synchronicities are constantly around us, we just need to get into the habit of noticing them and asking for them!
I talk all things signs and synchronicities, and how they are such useful tools in our spiritual journey. I will explore what they are and what they can look like, as they are extremely useful when we are calling in a new reality or manifestation.

Our Ego mind sure does love to know that we are going to be ok. And, it’s because of this that we can often try to control how our manifestations show up.

However, this is a big no no when it comes to manifesting successfully, and in this episode I outline exactly why and explain the energetics of this manifesting key!

I also share a story of mine which highlights all of the topics that I share this weekend.. It also highlights how we need to stop looking at our current limiting circumstances in our reality to dictate what is possible for us.

When we are dreaming up what it is that we would like to create or manifest for our lives, we must first get into the habit of creating time and space for ourselves to dream. And to give ourselves the permission to do so!

I also explain our Ego mind’s role in breaking and creating habits, and how to initiate the new habit of creating time and space to think about what it is that might need some changing, and how we can manifest a different reality for ourselves.

I also share another perspective on how we can get in our own way when it comes to dreaming bigger, for it’s not just our fears or our Limiting Beliefs that can hold us back from having all that our Higher Self desires!

In this weeks episode I highlight how society has gotten a little lost these days and have gotten into the habit of blindly following or copying others.
I explain why it's important to avoid following or copying others, and instead how we can remember our own authenticity through tuning into our Higher or Authentic selves.

I share some channeled messages or reminders from both my Higher Self and my Guides that I "downloaded" during one of my meditations.

We are all meant to be unique and different, we ARE all unique and different and it is part of our human experience to SHARE our uniqueness in different ways.

In this weeks episode I talk about limiting beliefs, how to identify them as well as how to shift them. I also share this very important piece of information: You don't have to heal, let go of, or dispel limiting beliefs in any way!!! And I explain why this is so in this episode in a way that is no fuss and no fluff, just straight up.

Beliefs, whether they are limiting beliefs or empowering beleifs, are at the very foundation of what reality we have experienced, are experiencing and will experience.
They determine how we think, feel and act.. From what job we have, to the friends we keep, from how we feel everyday to even the hobbies or activities we choose! We do this by assigning power or energy to them.

So why not learn how to identify limiting beliefs so that you can start to consciously create or manifest the reality you desire.
