It impacts your brain health, your brain function, your emotions, your mood, your behavior, your ability to handle stress. It impacts your metabolism, your heart health, your lung health, how weight is distributed on your body. It impacts your ability to exercise, your intelligence, and your VITALITY. Eat foods with calories that have optimal nutritional value as often as possible.
