Usher syndrome is a rare genetic condition that causes hearing and vision loss, and often affects balance. It's a leading cause of deafblindness worldwide, and there are around 10,000 people with Usher syndrome in the UK.

A great advocator for neurodiverse individuals, Katie shares what it’s like to live with CPTSD and how her experiences influenced her management tools. We talked about impact of long-term health conditions, Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and finding support that works for you as an individual.

Anna Savory is a creative, writer, comic, and business programme lead at the British Library. She was diagnosed with ME/CFS after battling with the effects of Covid-19 vaccine jab. Anna shed light on her diagnosis journey, support systems and her inspirations in implementing change for individuals with disabilities.
