Karin Traeger is from Chile and has followed her passion in environmental research by starting her own plogging events in Melbourne. These events are held monthly and involve the community jogging through running trails while picking up any rubbish they find. Karin is also an ultra trail runner and is preparing for her upcoming UTA100 event.

The Afghanistan marathon is an event was open to males & females despite abuse that females would be subject to when training for the race. Kate wanted to tell the stories of these women and even run alongside them despite the potential for attacks in such a hostile environment. Kate is now organising the secret marathon 3k. This will be held around Canada and virtually around the world on March 6th to rise awareness for gender equality. Because everyone should have the freedom to run.

Sean Bell had the unfortunate event of having a good friend pass away in his sleep a few years ago. A brief but meaningful friendship which formed at the footy club, Sean was lucky enough to spend time with Joey the night before he passed. Witnessing Joey's family deal with this tragedy while being subject to isolation and lack of support, Sean decided to 'Jog for Joey' to support The Compassionate Friends charity.
