Leslie Cornwell has been a Certified Nurse Midwife last 10yrs and part of birth advocacy since age 16. She has practiced in the hospital, birth center, and home settings in 6 different states. Leslie runs multiple businesses including Midwifery Business Consultation and Empowering Midwifery Education. She has extensive knowledge of business, finances, tax, and legal systems used to help midwives all over the country start and improve their private practices. She loves to travel the country with her family doing midwife locum assignments for the last few years to keep her skills up and see how the many different ways people can provide midwifery care.
