Evolution of One

Overview of the article I published on 3vies (3vies.com/writing/feedback-loops). One of the biggest challenges for any human or company is learning how to effectively update their belief system. It's learning to introduce tiny new concepts and finding new paths. Change is a daily occurrence for those seeking progress. The first step in anything life-changing is becoming aware of one's desire to change. Next is transitioning that desire into actions and feedback loops. Then, consistent action over time. In short, this is reorienting people on how to alter their decision-making process.

This an overview of a futurist paper I publish on 3vies (3vies.com/writing/future-of-value-exchange) exploring the evolution of compensation and value exchange, which is shifting from a measure of productivity to a reflection of alignment, access, and contribution. These shifts are transforming the very foundation of our economies. From extractive systems, measured by productivity and anchored in a scarcity mindset, to systems of collective growth, access, and contribution, rooted in an abundance mindset that values nourishment and mutual flourishing.

Carlos Becerra has had a profound impact on my life. As my high school art teacher, he was the first person to see my creative ability, and it changed me.

We talk about his early years coming over from Honduras as a child, how he got into photography and photographed parts from the first space shuttle as a high schooler, his journey to become an art teacher, and more. Carlos has taught me so much, and I am honored to haveast and him on the podc in my life.

El is a business owner who has spent the last decade starting and running businesses but even more than that she is an incredibly wonderful person to meet and talk with. We chat about her journey in discovering her own path, mindsets, and our shared connection to a minimal lifestyle. I hope you enjoy.

This is my conversation with the incredible Kori. I honestly have no idea how I came across Kori's work but in the first few seconds of reading her bio, I was so connected with her philosophy and mindset. She is an amazing human with one of the most beautiful souls I have had a chance to meet.
