This new series is just me having conversations and expanding my understanding with different people that I meet. Oscar is one of my closest friends and the inspiration behind me starting these conversations. We spend the first half of the conversation talking and elaborating on the product launch of Analog by ugmonk (https://ugmonk.com/analog). We also dive into what it takes to create great products and projects as well as overall ideas for how to best work with people.

This is my attempt to address the critical unrest we have right now in America around the black lives matter movement, or at least attempt to understand my place in all of it.   Some of the main points I hope to get across: 

- I am trying to be an active listener

- I am seeking first to understand 

- I am trying to challenge my own assumptions in order to create new and more wholistic beliefs 

- I am seeking habits and routines I can implement to make this awakening become part of who I am and how I think 

-  I believe open dialogue is a critical tool to help us navigate this  

- I realize this is not about "other people" this is about you and I identifying and challenging our own prejudices

- I realize to hut you is to hurt me 

- I realize we are all one, unique but united   

Here is the full interview with Eileen Lamb. She is the author of the book "All Across The Spectrum" Which shares stories of her life both as a mother of an autistic child and  her journey with autism. She is a powerful writer and an incredibly creative person. If you haven't read her book I highly recommend picking up a copy. It is honestly amazing. She is an incredible author in helping you feel and experience what another human has gone through. I love it.

This is a new series of interviews that will be included in 3vies Volume 34 that will go for pre-order on March 25, 2020. It is an extensions of a series started with the first issue I ever put out, Volume 30. It was a way for me to simple share who was inspiring me at the time. It later took that title. first it was just a snipet of a person and has now grown into a full interview process. I have more coming over the next couple months.
