For the last episode of 2024 I wanted to review one of my favourite goals of the year - the wardrobe goal!

When I picked 'supported' as my word for 2024, I had no idea how it would transform my approach to leadership and life.

I had a long 2024 list - it was more a set of hopes, which had dropped out from a vision exercise I did last year.

I had no expectations of making it through the list, nor any pressure.

And somehow, with very little 'push effort' and a lot of fun adventures, I seem to have gotten through much more of it than I had expected -

does that sound really annoying? it shouldn't - I had plenty of lowlights as you will hear.

But you will hopefully also see that this really boils down to the art of reflection, intention and planning - and the rest seems to flow with ease.
