I love Exmormonology. I love spending time with you as you are working through a very very very huge life change. Leaving the mormon church is not for wimps. It will challenge you and stretch you and offer all sorts of opportunity for growth. It has always been my goal to help you not feel so alone on your journey. When I began my journey, many moons ago, the loneliness was so very painful. In this episode, I reflect on the past year (again) and I also discuss some of my intentions with moving forward. I know it can feel like you are stagnant tho, as you process all that you are going through. The truth is you have an amazing big beautiful life ahead of you and you will be a better person for this transition in your life. Keep doing the work. Keep expanding your mind. Keep on keeping on.
