This week in Exmormonology we are going to walk towards our painful feelings. We have to be able to FEEL our feelings. Doing this lets the pressure, stress, and discomfort lessen. Once we are able to feel them properly, we can see that that emotion is just a physical vibration in the body and nothing to be scared of. Most of us spend so much time trying to avoid our negative feelings, at all costs, that we miss out on the growth that comes from processing our emotions. So, let's show ourselves compassion and love and healing, by going there.
