One of the most difficult parts of your mormon faith deconstruction is explaining what you are experiencing to your still believing family and friends. We want so desperately to be understood. We want our loved ones to know how hard this time in our life is, yet we just keep banging our head against the wall in frustration at the lack of understanding. It almost feels like insult to injury that we have to do the work and manage our mental health in this department. But we do. It is up to you to do the work to make sure you are okay. It is like we are speaking a completely different language now and thus communication with our loved ones feels foreign. Join me for Exmoromonology Ep. 56, as I explain this all in detail.
I would love to be your life coach. You can sign up for a free mini session with me and I can coach you through something that you are struggling with. Sign up at https://amylogansschedulecalander.as.me/schedule.php
