Experts say matriculants need support and encouragement during exams

The National Senior Certificate exams are due to begin tomorrow and will conclude on the 28th of November. The first exam is English, followed by Afrikaans in the afternoon.  Over 900 000 pupils will be sitting for these examinations. This is one of the most important exams in a South African student's life. It is a standardised test that is the final step before completing high school. There is so much pressure on the learners and wellness experts advise pupils to manage their stress effectively.
