Plant medicines are beautiful potent teachers we have available to us on this earth but they should be approached with the reverence. It is always my encouragement that if you are called to particular plant or modality to lean into those whispers, you just never know where they may lead.
When you are no longer where you were and not yet where you are going, what do you do? How do you know what is next? Can you hold the space and depth that the void is offering you? What wisdom might you find in the unknown?
Can we hold space for what is? Can we give space to all we think and feel? Do we hold space for all our parts or do we condemn some to the gallows for all eternity?
How do we choose to master the self, is it through it's fullest expressing or by controlling every word?
People feel you before you say a thing. Who are you in your natural state of being? Do you know yourself? Do you trust that you just being who you are without trying is enough or do you cling to what you can do in the world to make things happen? I have done it both ways & what I am bringing today is an invitation to consider that who you are is absolutely enough, just as you are.
The bones of the past versions of ourselves are the foundation that's laid for who we will become.
Each part is beautiful. Each version necessary, or part of our story. Each moment building to this one.
We do not need to delete, cancel, or try to forget old versions of us, but we can choose to no longer let them run the show. We can show them love, compassion, and grace. We can find ways to offer forgiveness to all those versions, for her experiences and herself.
This January, through the Sisterhood Dinner Series, Laura Sinclair and I will be discussing forgiveness. We will work to honour past parts, to extract the wisdom from our experiences, and let go of the things that are weighing us down.

We are part of nature but we act as though we exist separate from it. We forget, that just like the land, we too have seasons, and not all of the seasons are in full bloom.
If you are in a tough season of life I hope this episode reminds you that you are not alone and this season will end. If you're a female entrepreneur looking for support from like-mined women I invite you to join us for our next Sisterhood Dinner in Horseshoe Valley, Ontario where we will enjoy the comforts of a chalet while being fed by a private chef and dive into conversations around forgiveness.

We get to fall in love, again and again. And on the rare occasion, we do that with ourselves.
No matter where you are starting, no matter what things look like today, you can cultivate a deep love within.
Even when you feel you cannot go on, that the way you're feeling is immovable or insurmountable, know that you can heal through it. There will be a time, not long from now where you will look back at just how far you've come. That time will be sooner than you think.
-Your Future Self
I believe that everything starts from within. This podcast is an exploration of how we can transmute and transform what no longer serves us, creating a ripple effect of healing out into the world.

This is an exploration into the depths. The depths of your mind, the depths of your soul, a portal for universal truths, a place to discuss the human condition and the divinity within.
