I first met Joe and Jeremiah when I started working at WeWork on the art and graphics team (formerly known as Lunch Money).

Jeremiah is a graphic designer by trade and now works as the Global Creative Director of Art & Graphics at WeWork. His personal work varies from traditional graphic design to editorials, murals and painting. Joe is the Head of Art & Graphics at WeWork. He also studied graphic design and has since transitioned to illustration and mural design. His playful and spontaneous work was an obvious creative match for my own style and we have been collaborating as often as we can since first connecting in Mexico after I saw Stefan’s work in person. In this episode, we speak honestly about drawing as a visual journal, finding therapy in the act of creating and the importance of persistence over consistency.
