On the same day that the Trump administration confessed to an “administrative error” that led to the deportation of an innocent father from Maryland, Vice President JD Vance stated, without evidence, that the man was a convicted gang member. As absurd as this seems, the elimination of due process rights means that NO ONE is guaranteed the right to challenge the government’s lies in court.
