Welcome back to Eyes & Teeth Charlie Green

As a singer Charlie has grown up around variety all his life since the age of 3 on cruise ships and then he was discovered on a TV Variety show as a little crooner, Simon Cowell become an instant fan, and then Charlie was rediscovered by none other than one of the Worlds most famous Child Entertainers Jimmy Osmond. You can’t get more variety than an Osmond, from the world of American television and The Andy Williams Xmas Show. Now Jimmy saw something in Charlie so much so he took him under his wing and took him to America where Charlie toured the States and the World in the Moon River & Me show.

I saw Charlie as more of a little brother after Jimmy Osmond signed me up to his Andy Williams Xmas Show and Moon River Tours and we enjoyed touring The States, working Branson Missouri and The Niagara Falls Casino in Canada together, they were some of the greatest moments of my career

  • Bob Carolgees - Legends of Laughter - Eyes & Teeth - Season 11 - Edition 18

Bob Carolgees is Someone who lit up my family living room everytime he appeared on TV. Whether it was as  a guest on a variety show or Surprise surprise with Cilla I would laugh along with my whole family.

Today Bob and I talk about his journey starting out as a DJ then verging into puppetry and TV Land landing a part in Tiswaz and Surprise surprise and touring with Big TV Stars in Summer Shows and Pantomimes.

Bob is so recognisable and with that little black dog on his arm you couldn’t mistake him. Little did I know there was a cat called cough and a ferret also and I’ll leave the rest of that name to your imagination, although saying there’s no need as Bob Spit the Dog Carolgees tells all in this final episode of Legends of Laughter with Bob Carolgees.

I always enjoy catching up with friends on the circuit and Phil and I see each other at least once every two years and its always a laugh. Phil started out in entertainment at an early age, he joined a band originally fronted by Brian Conley in the 1980’s and Phil stayed with that band for 6 years before going solo and enjoying summer seasons, pantomimes and the cruise industry and countless Cabaret, Corporate & after dinner bookings. He is now taking bookings for his new venture as a Tom Jones Tribute mixed with his own style of humour and its that very persona that I admire about Phil. His own character with catchphrases and they stick in your mind, not his but mine and his legions of fans as you will find out in this edition of Eyes & teeth Legends of Laughter with Phil Lowen.

  • Herbie Adams - Legends of Laughter - Eyes & Teeth - Season 11 - Edition 15

Herbie adams is a brilliant entertainer. We met back in the 1990’s in Devon, I was 22 and just turned pro 25 years ago so we have known each other on and off over a quarter of a century. We may see each other once every 5 years but when we do we have a nice catch up, its natural and todays is only different in the fact that I recorded it.

Herbie is unique, he’s fresh and funny and has that powerful persona on stage, the likable factor, that audiences warm too. So getting to know him that bit more today surprised me with his past. I had no idea of his history of being in bands and supporting groups like Supergrass. He literally has grafted and deserves success.

From working with his band to going solo around the world in the cruise industry to pantomime he found the funny and he’s keeping it that way, welcome to Eyes & Teeth The Voice of God Herbie Adams

  • Phil Melbourne - Legends of Laughter - Eyes & Teeth - Season 11 - Edition 11

    Phil Melbourne

Phil is a fantastic stand up comedian, voiceover artist and a very original writer. His style is laid back and relaxed but with punchlines that would flaw Tyson.

Phil started out as a lifeguard then a bluecoat in the holiday chain Pontins… it was inevitable that he would find the funny. I’ve seen him on stage and been in his company socially and he is a natural. The last time I saw him was on a video message he was paying tribute to a mutual friend in Paul Eastwood and he had me in hysterics. Paul would have loved & laughed at his words.

Phil has enjoyed summer seasons, pantomimes, Cruise Ships, corporate bookings and continues to deliver his own style of humour to the masses.

    Welcome to E&T Phil Melbourne
