I wanted to podcast and journal my feelings because these past days I have been riddled with mental health issues at work.

Someone called me just to curse me out.

And wished I get punched so my tourette's tic stays permanent.

LOL my tourette's tic is already permanent.

Long story short but this person is wrong and the anger I felt was threatening but familiar.

People who have tourette's syndrome like myself growing up in the adolescent stage may have experienced rage attacks.

The person who was on the phone I felt the blinding rage which felt familiar because I was once like that but at 16.

When adults exhibit these high energy irrational anger attacks I can only say,

this is not a normal anger but it feels chemically imbalanced and it is dangerous

if left untreated.

A recorded journal of what took place today plus a lot of ideas about future contents.
