Is the Giants winning three of their last four games a sign of a new era, or is it all leading up to another version of a .500 team? While it's far too early to draw any conclusions, Andy Baggarly joined Silver & JD to evaluate the Giants' latest groove after a rocky 0-3 start to the season. Baggs delivers astute observations on Tony Vitello's willingness to tinker with the lineup, what Daniel Susac's big debut might mean moving forward, and Ryan Walker trotting out of the bullpen in the 6th inning as opposed to the 9th.

One of the best on the 49ers beat, Matt Barrows joins Greg Silver & John Dickinson to address the 49ers slow playing the release of Brandon Aiyuk, evaluate the team's approach to free agency, and dissect whether or not the team can find an RB2 that will actually allow Kyle Shanahan to decrease Christian McCaffrey's workload next season. While Barrows doesn't believe that the 49ers will use one of their earlier draft selections on a running back, he makes a note of Mike Washington Jr. from Arkansas as a player to watch over the next few weeks.

Hour 3: It's official -- Stephen Curry will return for the Golden State Warriors this Sunday after missing the past 27 games with a runner's knee. Silver & JD react and discuss why Curry has been so hellbent on returning to action in a season that seems all but lost. Plus, breaking down the 49ers' draft philosophy and catching up with Andy Baggarly.

Hour 2: Silver & JD continue evaluating the Giants' week and how they've responded after the 0-3 start to the season, now winning three of their last four games. The guys evaluate Tony Vitello's commitment to his core players but not being afraid to tinker within the lineup and bullpen. The Athletic's Matt Barrows joins the show to recap his time in Phoenix, AZ at the NFL Owners Meetings and discuss whether the 49ers will be able to find an adequate RB2 behind Christian McCaffrey.

Hour 1: Silver & JD kick off Friday with a Thursday night recap of the Giants' 7-2 win over the New York Mets. After the Mets scored an early run off of Robbie Ray, the Giants answered with three of their own in the bottom of the first and never looked back. The big story of the night was catcher Daniel Susac going 3-for-3 with a walk in his first major league start, and his entire family was in attendance and LOVING it. Well, maybe not his nephew who was getting rocked around by his father, but hey, it made for tremendous television. You're a champ, little man!
