As the cross country season kicks off, we'll be bringing on new names that you should be familiar with this season.

First up we have Faith Duncan of Wilmington and Nathan Tassey of Roger Williams. Faith won the outdoor 5k national title that may have shocked everyone but Faith.

She details her journey battling injuries, transferring, and what her goals are for the season.

Nathan burst onto the scene after his 4th place 5k finish at outdoor nationals. Having dealt with injuries to begin his career, Nathan is finally getting to experience his potential when he's healthy.

Both said they had strong summers and are excited to see what they can do this season.
