The “fake it til you make it” mentality is exhausting; both for the people faking it, and for those watching it too. I have been there; when I was first starting out my own leadership journey I was excellent at taking advice, but not discerning whether that advice or information was good for me or not. I was faking it until I made it. While I did make it, I know better now. Today I want to break it down in two different angles, and really help you realize that there’s a better way through beginning your own leadership journey. That’s why episode 149 of Becoming Iconic is about my preferred mentality: Faith it until you make it!
