The majority of bowling alleys across Oregon had to shut down again when Gov. Brown imposed stronger coronavirus restrictions in November. Some, like Tawnya Zwicker’s bowling alley Silver Creek Lanes in Silverton, had been open since June. Others, like those in Portland, only just reopened in mid-November for the first time since March. We check in with Zwicker, who is also the executive director of the Oregon State Bowling Proprietors Association, about how bowling alleys across the state are faring through the pandemic.
