It's known that for the last 30 years, states have underfunded historically Black land-grant institutions by $13 billion.  Luckily for Florida A&M University, a federal appeals court has revived a lawsuit alleging that the State of Florida underfunded the HBCU by nearly $2 billion over three decades.  We'll talk to the civil rights attorney handling the case. 

The proposed data center project at Fisk University is facing growing resistance from community members and HBCU alums. 

We'll also talk to Black Voters Matter's Chief of Staff about the launch of their multi-media series titled "Declaration of a New Nation."

Florida's Supreme Court is allowing the maps drawn by Governor Ron DeSantis, designed to help Republicans gain up to four additional House seats.
