September 04, 2021Andy's KSL-TV #WhatToWatch: Labor Day Weekend has a load of ‘Worth’-while content to watch from ‘Shang-Chi’ to ‘Only Murders in The Building’Andy Farnsworth joins KSL-TV to help audiences decipher #WhatToWatch for the weekend of September 3, 2021. Labor Day Weekend is here and Marvel has one more blockbuster to wrap up the Summer season with ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.’ The exciting and surprisingly beautiful film brings martial arts into the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a fun and fantasy-driven way, now in theaters. On Netflix, the streaming service brings you Michael Keaton in ‘Worth,’ an emotional and poignant tale surrounding the events of 9/11, and gets right to the point of asking, “What is life worth?” Over on Hulu, Steve Martin and Martin Short have teamed up again for a hilarious murder mystery tv series, this time adding a third to their comedic duo with (of all people) Selena Gomez. In ‘Only Murders in The Building’ the unlikely group shines with an absurd premise, snappy writing, as well as a bit of MA content. Andy also dives into the upcoming fall lineup from Amazon’s new and modern-ish version of ‘Cinderella’ and the much anticipated 25th movie in the Bond film library. With so many great options at home and on the big screen, what film will audiences choose to unwind this long weekend? .Beyond Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Gaming and Tech, the brains behind Fan Effect are connoisseurs of categories surpassing the nerdy. Brilliant opinions and commentary on all things geek, but surprising knowledge and witty arguments over pop culture, Star Trek, MARVEL vs DC, and a wide range of movies, TV shows, and more.
