Welcome to our brand new series... "Dracula: Where Is He Now?" Leah and Bri will be periodically releasing parts of this series, which will focus on Dracula's one hundred years of film stardom, over the next few months. Each part will thematically group pre- and post-2000 Dracula films.
We're starting, of course, with Nosferatu. "Part One: Nosferatu" highlights F. W. Murnau's seminal silent horror film Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror (1922) and Shadow of the Vampire (dir. E. Elias Merhige, 2000). Part One is TWO episodes! This is the first episode; the second will release next week.
**Note on the audio: Leah experienced some technical difficulties while recording. Please, please excuse the drastically reduced audio quality this week. It will not be a recurring issue, and we apologize!**

For Valentine's Day, Bri and Leah decided to compile a list of their favorite sexy screen vampires (21st century only, of course). Tune in and see if we surprise you with our picks!
This episode is marked explicit for a few f-bombs and some sexually charged language.
**At 7:20 Bri was trying to say that the Twilight franchise refrained from putting white makeup on a lot of the non-white cast, not specifically just the African American actors.

This week, Bri and Leah take on I Am Legend (2007, dir. Francis Lawrence). Did you think this film was a zombie movie, like Leah did? Well, you're wrong! Sort of. Bri makes the case that this film belongs on a vampire movie podcast. (As usual, this episode is marked explicit for a f-bomb or two. One of these days we'll restrain ourselves from swearing.)
*Important Note: Bri tried a new microphone this week and it’s not quite as good as the usual sound, please forgive any audio quality issues, we are trying to find what works best*

Bri and Leah discuss the Shudder exclusive Dead & Beautiful (2021, dir. David Verbeek), which surprised us both. Have we finally broken our new releases curse? Listen and find out! This episode is marked explicit for a sprinkling of f-bombs.

To kick off the new year, Bri and Leah discuss Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012, dir. Timur Bekmambetov). This movie is ridiculous, and maybe not in a good way. This episode is marked explicit for a sprinkling of f-bombs.

Happy 2022! Bri and Leah wanted to start out the new year with a little reflection on the first few months of the podcast and a short teaser for what's upcoming! We also listened to our intro episode again and hated it, so this segment also works as a re-introduction. (If you're new, you can start here.) We can't wait to spend another year talking about the scary, sexy, and sometimes silly vampire films of the 21st century with you.

Leah & Bri wanted to talk about Interview with the Vampire (dir. Neil Jordan, 1994), so we did. We hope you enjoy this bonus episode. Stay safe, and happy holidays.
This episode is marked explicit for a handful of f-bombs.

Winter is coming, so Bri & Leah decided to watch the winter-iest vampire movie of all: 30 Days of Night (dir. David Slade, 2007). We've marked the episode explicit for a handful of f-bombs.
