It is April Fools' Day! I should've prepared some prank for commish today, but I was too focused on trying to win my week and focusing on being a good husband on this holiday Thursday. Still though, we had time for fantasy basketball! And in this quickie we had a useless debate followed by a serious one - Anthony Edwards or RJ Barrett. Who do you think would be the better fantasy player in the next few years?

Demarcus Cousins signed a 10-day contract with the Los Angeles Clippers. Would he have value? Will he even play? Kyle Lowry was out again and will be out for the next 7-10 days. Eric's theory is he could be shut down for the rest of the season considering how bad Toronto has been. This could mean those of us who dropped Gary Trent Jr. could end up regretting our decision.

We talked about this already in Monday's quickie and with some update on AD doing some on-court activities, we revived this discussion as teams prepare for fantasy playoffs. Do you think it's worth holding on to Anthony Davis even if it means possible rests and no back-to-back games? Or would you rather have Andre Drummond? 

Another player maybe on a similar boat (or probably worse) as AD is Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who was seen doing some light shooting today. Is SGA still worth holding on to? We don't even know if he is still playing or not, yet, if playing, he could be a game changer. Would you be willing to risk trading for him? What value would he have in the trade market?

Not much games today so we just went through each game. My Internet connection was quite bad, so apologies if some parts of Eric's words were choppy. Nonetheless, it was another fun discussion about fantasy basketball!

So it has now come to this. A few weeks before the fantasy playoffs and a lot of fantasy manager are growing wary of some players who have been quite inconsistent or unreliable. Probably the top three players that are frustrating managers are Chris Boucher, Lauri Markkanen and Keldon Johnson. We've talked about Boucher a lot and among these players he has the highest upside as shown in his top 20 rankings in past weeks. However, the lack of consistent playing time is really annoying. I'm sure fantasy managers would've already fired Nick Nurse if they were Toronto's GM.

Keldon Johnson has also been another annoying player. After his 20-20 stat line, he has pretty much contributed very little to help fantasy teams, is he drop? Markkanen on the other hand has been performing below expectations. Now the Bulls coach has moved him to the bench as their sixth man. Should we be worried? Should we drop him for a hotter free agent say, Jaden McDaniels or Isaiah Stewart?

Hey guys! We're skipping all-English episode today as we try a different format for the show. Once we find a better format for the show, we'll get back to going all-English for any of our non-Filipino followers.

Moving on to the quickie, Andre Drummond will finally get back on the court and this time fantasy manager will love the situation he will get into as he is now fighting with a playoff team. The question we want you to think about and comment on is, given the health concerns on Anthony Davis, who would you rather own moving forward (especially in the fantasy playoffs) - Drummond or Davis?

Terry Rozier is probably this season's biggest sleeper pick as some even got him on the waiver wire. Rozier is not ranking close to top 20 and today he put up another nice line. As you enter the fantasy playoffs, who do you think will help your team more? Terry Rozier or Chris Paul? It's a crazy question considering CP3 is top 12 right now, but CP3's old, he is in a winning team would most likely would secure a playoff spot early and we all know what comes after that - REST. So now would you rather have CP3 in the fantasy playoffs or Terry Rozier?

I am also concerned about Damian Lillard moving forward, especially now that CJ McCollum is back and seemingly still hot. Should we be worried about Dame?

Is Moses Brown for real? We take a look at the value of Brown and if he can keep this up. 20-20 could be a stretch but he will most likely be a stud moving forward. There is still a possibility he shares time with newly acquired center Tony Bradley. Lamarcus Aldridge gave the rest of the NBA another reason to get scared of the Brooklyn Nets after he decided to join them. Fantasy-wise, what do you think can he contribute? With the Nets being loaded upfront, we're not sure what impact he gives in fantasy. We just recently talked about Mitch Robinson being one of our big risers, today, the bad news is that most likely he will be out for the rest of the season after fracturing his foot. This looks bad, but we got to move on. Nerlens Noel is definitely an add, in case someone dropped him already (like me...darn it!).

Lots of waiver wire specials today as teams slowly get their newly-acquired players or players getting new roles as a result of the trades.

So we got a Jaren Jackson Jr. update! Not sure if it's good news or bad news, you be the judge. Jusuf Nurkic returned today and played relatively well in 19 minutes. Then we discussed the Orlando Magic rotation and who should be prioritized when adding players from the Magic. Is Khem Birch an add? Can Chuma Okeke be consistently good?

But really the biggest question on a lot of fantasy managers' mind is "What to do with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander?" Drop, Keep or Trade? Not only is SGA the player that is putting fantasy managers in a tough situation, Chris Boucher is another player that comes with headaches. Boucher played only 11 minutes today! Eleven minutes!!! In fact he was the player that played the least amount of minutes in Toronto's 9-man rotation. Drop, Wait or Trade? And then there's still one player that is on the loose that could totally kill Boucher's value - Andre Drummond. We shared our takes in this quickie so check it out!

In this week's episode of FBW, we invited the 'memorabilia godfathers' of Hall of Fame Authentics (Elvis Gutierrez, Stephen Songco and Ron Uy) to help us understand better the world of memorabilia collecting. This is actually a very interesting discussion that at the end of the recording, it made me want to get at least one memorabilia of my favorite athlete. The HOFA trio shared with us how they get started, what to consider when buying memorabilia and the most important thing - tips on how to convince your spouse that this is worth your money.

Since most of us were LA Lakers fans, we shared our thoughts on the Lakers passing up on Kyle Lowry, a little on the trades that happened and some fantasy basketball! 

I know I am not the right person to say this, because you'd say I'm biased, but I truly enjoyed the vibe in this episode! Very interesting topic, passionate basketball fans and just casual and chill vibe.

Biggest news for today isn't actually a trade but an injury to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who right now is out indefinitely. There are no specific timetable provided just yet, so we would recommend waiting for any official announcement before dropping. Although we are not optimistic there would be good news here.

We continue some trade rumors talk and also discussed the lone "small" trade (how Woj described it) that happened that sent Delon Wright to Sacramento for Cory Joseph. Who are the winners? Do we drop Wright? Who do we add? All those were discussed during the quickie.

I won't take too much time writing this episode description, because I see Shams and Woj tweeting already and I could not hold my excitement in waiting for any major trades happening. So that's it for now, enjoy this quickie!

Less than two days left before the end of the trade deadline and it seems like a lot of managers have been preparing their teams through trades. In this quickie we discussed some players who have been popping up in trade rumors - Kyle Lowry, Aaron Gordon, Andre Dummond, Lamarcus Aldridge, Victor Oladipo and Lonzo Ball. Who do you think among these players will be traded by the trade deadline? We'll find out soon.

As for today's games, Mitch Robinson and Deandre Ayton stood out with nice lines that would make their managers happy. We've been talking about the disappointing Ayton of the the past few days and seems like he heard some of our rants and proved that he can still deliver some nice fantasy lines. Ayton currently sits within top 40 in rankings.

On the flip side, Draymond Green's fantasy value has been very much affected with the absence of Steph Curry. Golden State's lack of firepower will just not help Green's value on offense. His defense though is still solid.
