Welcome to day one of the 106th FMCA Convention in Perry, Georgia. On today’s episode, we are joined by Stacy Rabung, the Operations Director for Fantasy RV Tours. During this episode, we find out what makes their tours so special, how they choose a new location, what role their ambassadors play during and before a trip, and what you can expect as a guest.
Fantasy RV Tours has been taking RVs on guided bucket list locations for over forty years.
“There are 82 trips a year, including rallies which are stationary events like the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, and caravans which are moving from location to location. We have now taken over 70,000 people on their trip of a lifetime.” – Stacy Rabung, Operations Director for Fantasy RV Tours.
Fantasy RV Tours does more than travel the US. They also have international tours to Mexico, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. We chat about how the company allows its guests to move at their own pace and enjoy what matters most to them. The ambassadors set up dinners, transportation, and activities. It is up to the guest how much or how little they want to do.
These RV trips are open to everyone in every type of RV. You are welcome whether you have a forty-five-foot Class A or a pop-up camper. Everyone is invited to enjoy these experiences. This is great because you are going to meet a lot of great people on these trips. Sabrina and I keep in touch with people we met during our Balloon Fiesta trip. We were texting one of them this week, and we will try to meet up with them for lunch in Tombstone, Arizona.
Check out the full lineup of Rallies and Tours here. Also, we have had the founder of Fantasy RV Tours, Nel, on the podcast before. You can listen to that interview here.
