In this episode I'm joined by Thanh. Thanh and I met as neighbors and spent all day every day on our bikes and going in and out of new construction around our neighborhood. We spent a lot of time hanging out and he's been one of my very closest friends ever since. I've watched him grow as a person and become a father and now I get to talk to him about all of that.

Justin and I cover a wide range of subjects such as, filming his friends becoming some of the worlds greatest surfers, moving to Los Angeles, Oscar nominated actor Joaquin Phoenix (“Walk The Line”, “Joker”, “Inherint Vice”), and learning and honing his craft from some of the worlds greatest directors such as David Fincher (“Fight Club”, “Seven”, and “Gone Girl”), and Jake Nava (Beyonce -Single Ladies, and Pink -Nobody Knows) respectively.

Liz and I met on a kindergarten field trip where our kids both attended, and we've been friends ever since. She grew up in the Quad Cities area near the Illinois/Iowa border. Her father was in the military and Liz followed in those footsteps after high-school. From there Liz became a mother to a great kid and one of our sons best friends.  

In this episode, Tegan and I cover everything from millennials to jobs to burping puppies. So random, yet so entertaining. 

My father passed away on November 28th and this is me talking about a very complicated relationship and similarities between us. He died during a time we hadn't spoken in almost three years.
