Racism is a really hard topic to define and to live with. So, obviously, we decided that we wanted to try and wrap our heads around it- BIG challenge. Is racism the systematic judgment? Is it implicit biases? Is it when you think your skin tone is superior? All of the above? We all want equality (at least I hope so), but is equality the same as making everything equal or is it only an even distribution?
