Campbell soup have shown that over 10 years, by focusing on engagement that they have not only increased profits and performance, but they have outperformed the market by a factor of 5 over that period.

Today we are going to be talking to Kevin Kruse, Inc Magazine Top 100 Leadership Expert and author of Employee Engagement 2.0, who by his own admission was a bad boos, with low engagement and poor performing businesses.
