My guest today, Mike Abrashoff, is an expert on Leadership Alchemy and has written a best selling book on the subject called It’s My Ship.  Mike was the Captain of the USS Benfold, which he transformed from one of the worst performing ships in the US Pacific fleet to the #1 performing ship in just two years, which was unprecedented.
