This week the Executive Office of Immigration Reform, also known as the Immigration Courts, published a memo that aims to fast track removal cases. I immediately thought of former Immigration Judge Paul A. DeFonzo who was very meticulous and deliberate in how he handled his docket. I was able to get ahold of him and he agreed to come on the show.
