Eating fruit and need to change a routine

Today I had a lot of temptations but I stayed strong. Feeling tired and hungry and presented junk to eat. I finished my second walk after midnight but I got it done.

Everyone has something holding them back. How do you discover what it is and how to overcome it?

This should 100% come naturally but I wanted to put it out there as a goal.
