I'll also share why we need to prioritize our health, even if it means sacrificing a bit of taste or convenience. It's an investment in our lives and our longevity.
On top of that, I'll touch on setting boundaries to balance work and family life. It's something I struggle with too, often overcommitting myself. I’ve got 5 tips for setting healthy boundaries:

In episode two of the Father Built podcast, I delved into the importance of setting goals and outlined the process I follow to define my objectives for each year. I emphasized the significance of starting this process in November to intentionally prepare for the upcoming year. I categorized my goals into three main areas: holiness, healthiness, and happiness, with each area comprising seven subcategories.
I stressed the importance of spiritual health as the foundation for all other aspects of life, followed by mental and physical health. Despite my struggles, I highlighted financial health as another critical area, emphasizing the need to work towards specific goals with the help of accountability partners. Fatherly duties and relational health were also essential components of my goal-setting process.
I underscored the importance of investing time and energy into meaningful relationships, distinguishing between close friends and acquaintances who may not reciprocate support. Drawing from personal experiences, I highlighted the significance of having a reliable support network during challenging times. Episode two served as a guide for listeners to develop a structured approach to setting and achieving their goals while prioritizing key areas of life.
