At the same time a body was pulled from a nearby swamp, Tom Bonney was reporting his 19 year old daughter, Kathy, missing at the police station.  It took a few days, but the body in the swamp was identified as Kathy Bonney.  She had been shot 27 times and stripped naked before being dumped in the swamp.  Who would do such a thing to a nice young woman?
