Well - apparently we ALL have a morning routine - a set of tasks we do in a certain order to get our day rolling.

However, some of us are intentional about those tasks, and some of us run around letting our mornings run us.

Are there things you’d like to add to it in order to feel better or more prepared for your day? Do you have anything that's non-negotiable for you in the morning? Are you doing things that add to your stress and anxiety in the am?

This week ahead - I encourage you to take note of your morning routine - whether yours is conscious or not - and see if it truly serves you.

That’s the best thing about making your own things - they can be whatever your little heart desires.

That’s what my Mama always used to say “You can have whatever your little heart desires” and I think it’s a good reminder for us!
