Personal Responsibility. It’s more than just owning your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is power. It is freedom. It is godhood. It is the power to forge whatever future you can imagine. Its antithesis is a victim mentality, a mentality that drains you of all your power, robs you of freedom, and strips you of your godhood. In this video, we will introduce you to personal responsibility and why it's absolutely necessary to make real change in your life. We will also be discussing how not taking personal responsibility will lead to a victim mentality which has the potential to cripple any progress we hope to make in any area of our lives.

Being in a toxic environment can be physically, mentally, and emotionally damaging and cause long-term problems for those stuck in those situations. This is why we have to become invulnerable to outside influences. But where do we start? We have to start by doing the internal work first. Why? Because many people cannot simply leave the toxic environment at will. This podcast will discuss the importance of doing the internal work to become invulnerable so you can survive and thrive in any toxic environment.
*DISCLAIMER: If it is within your power to leave your toxic environment, please make plans to do so. While doing the internal work is certainly beneficial and will help, you deserve to be in a place where you are loved unconditionally, respected, and valued!*

We're keeping it going y'all! Still pressing forward in our quest for invulnerability from the opinions of others! No longer will we allow the opinions of others to dictate how we live our lives! In part 1, we touched on breaking others' hold on us via their opinions about us and not caring about what they think about us. This time, we will discuss putting ourselves out there, standing up for what we believe in, and being assertive through it all. Essentially, we're going to be putting our invulnerability to the test. We will become powerful. We will become impactful. We will become invulnerable!

Invulnerable: incapable of being wounded, hurt, or damaged. This is the state we can achieve emotionally when we stop caring about what others think about us. But how do we achieve this state of invulnerability? Is invulnerability even possible? How does not caring about what others think about us make us invulnerable? This two-part podcast will explain how we became vulnerable, why we care about what others think, and the steps needed to become invulnerable. This is the podcast you’ve been waiting for! Get ready to become invulnerable!
Questions associated with Step 2:
1.) Who is this person?
2.) What makes what they say more important than what I say (you can substitute “say” for “feel” or “think”?
3.) What makes them inherently better than me on a human level? (They have to do everything the same way you do)
4.) Why do I care so much about what others think about me?
5.) What power do others thoughts over me and my life?
6.) What would happen if I stopped caring about others’ opinions?
7.) If these people abandon me and reject me, what’s the worse situation I would be in?
- Would I be able to survive without them?
- Has anyone else ever experienced this? Have they come back from it?
- Can I come back from it? What can I do to come back from it?
8.) What scares me about others that keeps me from speaking my mind?
