Mickey talks with Craig Douglas, founder of ShivWorks, to share his background and learn how he developed his unique and highly sought after training methodologies. Douglas (aka @SouthNARC) started his career in the military as an Army Ranger. After four years in the service he transitioned to law enforcement, the bulk of which was undercover narcotics work and SWAT. He discovered a real passion for training fellow officers on hand-to-hand and other tactics… leading him ultimately to create the ShivWorks collective.
