Don’t under-estimate the power that healing has for the future you’ll live. The reason you can’t move forward in life is because you’re carrying a giant load of pain that you never took the time to heal on your shoulders. That pain is weighing you down and until you face it, address it and heal from it you’ll never be able to get to where you want to go. If you’re noticing that it’s really hard for you to stay committed to the goals you set and you constantly give up on creating the life you want to live, then this episode may help you. You will see how pain and hurt in your past is keeping you prisoner, because you haven’t healed from it. It’s time you work on this and break the chains that are holding you back. I think we can all agree that productivity is great! If you’re able to focus and stay on task to accomplish things you’re more likely to hit your goals and change your life. Life brings many lessons and as the years go by it’s important to take time to reflect on what you learned, how you grew and what you changed that really impacted your life in a positive way. As my 30’s ended and I entered into my 40’s, it’s been a good time to sit back and think about what the past 10 years taught me. I am walking into this new season feeling aligned with everything in my life and confident in myself and the direction I’m going. I am sharing some of the most impactful lessons I had to help you in these areas as well, so that you too can walk into your day feeling fulfilled and overcome challenges that are holding you back. Every day is an opportunity for you to change things and become who you’re meant to be, but when a chapter of your life closes and a new one starts it’s the best time to write your new story and make it a great one to be remembered.
