Connecting with yourself is one of the most important things you can do. You have to be able to connect with others authentically. As you go out into the world seeing strangers, coworkers, your boss, and those at home you will be able to connect with less fear. You will feel less need to have a certain outcome or for the other person to do certain things for you. You will be able to cleanly connect because you have connected to yourself and know who you are and what you value.

Are you willing to accept a moment of connection from another? Are you willing to tak a moment with yourself? Do you take moments to seek out connection with those around you. Deep connection, beyond the surface conversations and really get to know them? Are you willing to give and receive connection? The path always goes both ways.

What has been your experience with connection so far this month? Have you found that as you connect with yourself you will love yourself more. When we are loving ourselves more we allow more possibilities to come into our lives.

When we talk about connection, we are wanting you to think of yourself first. Are you intune with you, your dreams, or your needs? This is the place to start. Once we have become familure with ourselves then we can start looking outside for connection. If we do it the other order we usually don't ever get to ourselves.

It's not always easy to let your process be your process. You want things to go differently or faster or slow down, but you don't have control. That can be frustrating. When we are willing to let be what will be and step into the unknown we will be closer to the path of freedom.

Willingness brings opportunities. When you start saying yes, the universe will open up to you. Can you imagine what will happen? Are you willing to find out?

When willingness is your new filter, things become avialble to you. You see the world through a lense of "Yes". You begin to see your life as an adventure. You start to live a life that you enjoy and fills your cup.

Willingness is a commitment to action. What are you committed to? What actions are you willing to take? Let's talk about it tonight.
