In this weeks podcast our very own Pastor Jeremy Johnson continues in the series "The Good Life". We're contributing on the message from last week where we dove into the thinking habits that can ruin or keep us from living the good life!
Not only can sin be a dead weight to us, dragging us down everywhere we go, but our thinking can do just the same thing! When we're stuck in negative stinking thinking, we might as well be bound to that! Sometimes we can filter everything in our lives through negativity, so no matter what comes to us, good or bad, somehow we find the negative in it! That negativity and those walls come from past hurts and past trauma. The only way to rid ourselves of the negative filters we have on life is through forgiveness. Forgiveness isn't saying that what happened wasn't real, it's choosing to let go of the hurt and choosing not to carry it into other areas of your life!
There are so many ways that our thinking can rob us of living the good life. If you struggle with this war on your mind, take heart in knowing that you're not alone! We must choose freedom in our minds every day! We pray that this message gives you the tools to navigate through the moments that these thoughts take over. We're only one thought away from living the good life!
This week, we continue into "The Good Life." Pastor Jeremy goes deep into the reality of what it means to surrender to Jesus in this season. How do we walk with him through good and times?
Jesus came as a ransom for us. Jesus, the most valuable treasure in all the universe considered us the joy set before him. He left everything in exchange for us to have access to a relationship with Him. He considered us, His most valuable treasure. He is waiting for us to awaken to the reality that He is our most valuable treasure. Once we grasp the magnitude of this revelation, how we live, walk through trials, and overcome will completely change. Our hearts will be transformed and we will never be the same.
Join us for this week's excavation into understanding the heart and mind of God for each of us. Knowing the tactics of the enemy and how to frame our circumstances will bring us into unrivaled freedom for the next season. God longs for our breakthrough and a deeper connection to us. Let's jump into it today.
This week, we explore the truth regarding joy in contentment. Pastor Jeremy speaks life into these trying times, refocusing our vision for this season. The Good Life continues.
The bible says godliness plus contentment is great gain, but what does that truly mean for a season riddled with struggle? Many are disappointed with the impact of covid, life, work, finances, family, politics, etc.. The list of things to be upset with seems never-ending. How do we access true contentment? How do we shift our minds and environment to live in fulfillment? It is easy to get frustrated at all we do not have or haven't accomplished? If we are motivated by goals, it is even easier to find lack instead of being grateful. God does not want us to live in the tension of always needing and wanting more. There is a better way filled with the "JOY" that can only come from the Lord.
In every season, we must hold fast to gratefulness. We must keep our eyes focused on Jesus as we remember, this is not the end of the journey. We continue to press forward but we cannot forget to celebrate all the victories we experience along the way. Let's join Pastor Jeremy for encouragement on outlasting every trouble and moving forward with a full heart.
We are back this week with a life-infusing message about identity. Visiting Professor, Pastor, and World-Renowned Speaker, Chris Estrada, presents us with an identity reinforcing preaching that will bless your innermost soul.
We all hope to step into our calling and destiny. Most people struggle with feeling the mundane of everyday life and struggles. We can question and second-guess ourselves, or our purpose. God desires to take us deeper into his heart. He wants to give our lives meaning, using our daily experiences to infuse His love and purposes into the world. The Gospel message is locked in the heart of every believer waiting to be released, but what does it take to release it?
Get ready to have your heart stirred with testimony after testimony, you will be encouraged to rise up and step out into the new adventures the Lord is calling you to. Join us for this exciting, once-in-a-lifetime message about hope, joy, love, and tapping into the destiny God has created only for you. You will not want to miss this!
In this week's message, our beloved Pastor Jeremy continues his series, The Good Life. Coming off the heels of our powerful Pioneer Conference, he delivers a motivational to kick your life into high gear in 2021.
The Good Life is a lofty idea people idealize and everyone dreams of. Chasing the "Good Life" can feel like a wrestling match or a lifelong chase where we are never satisfied. There is a way to step into the "Good Life". God wants us to stop pursuing and just receive of His goodness. There is so much more than what we have accessed. God is waiting for us to tap into all He has for us.
How do we stop the pursuit of happiness and receive joy? How do we step out of wanting and into the "Good Life"? How do we go from fleeting happiness to satisfaction? How do we step into abundance? Find out as we unpack this power-punched message for life!
In this weeks message from Pastor Jeremy Johnson we are jumping right into a new series called "The Good Life". As we look throughout the bible and wonder who has the best attitude, the most joy given the circumstances, our obvious answer would be Jesus! But when we really look at it, Paul comes very very close, he has the true Joy of the Lord! Happiness is fleeting because it's circumstantial, joy is a fruit of the spirit so it can be accessed at all times!
Jesus says to rejoice in the Lord ALWAYS, he actually says it twice, that's how important it is! Not when we feel like it, not when life is perfect, and everything is lining up in our favor! Through the highs and lows, the hills and valleys of life, there's one thing that forever reigns true, and that is that God is good! If you want to live "The Good Life" that's the key, to rejoice in Him always!
In this week's message, Pastor Christy Johnson, encourages with this heart moving word titled "Don't Stop Believing". Together we learn the power of remembering the greatness of God.
We wait for breakout moments when God will bring us into breakthrough. Many times we forget about how kind, amazing and great God has been even during the hard times. We wait in desperation for the next season instead of focusing on God and his greatness during this season. Biblical heroes often found their most profound moments of faith during the most difficult circumstances. When things seemed the most difficult, they stood on their faith. They praised the Lord during their breaking season. They got up and found their faith.
God doesn't want us waiting on the sidelines for a future season. He doesn't want us waiting in ashes but rejoicing in this season. He wants us to step forward and trust him. He wants us to get up and show up as our best selves, getting in sync with his move for this season. He is great and has great things for us even during the most difficult of seasons. Will you walk with him in surrender this year? Join us for this exciting, rallying message to run into victory in 2021.
In this weeks message from Pastor Jeremy Johnson, we dive into the 5 things that fasting does, continuing in our series titled "Views" all about fasting!
We believe that through prayer and fasting God can do wonderful things! It will bring transformation to your temple and clean out all the things we pick up along the way that God doesn't want in our lives! It reveals our identity in Christ! Fasting develops maturity within ourselves and maturity in our relationship with God! Fasting also allows us to unite as one with Christ, when we're living in oneness with Him we're constantly reminded that we are made new through Him, we see life through His eyes! One of the most incredible things to come out of fasting, is breakthrough, God wants to see our lives radically change through this act of faith!
Whatever you're believing for this year, whoever you're praying for, whatever your dream is, we believe that God wants our hearts so near to Him, and fasting is a tried and true way to let Him in in ways you've never seen before!
This week, our Fearless Leader, Pastor Jeremy Johnson, interviewed the Professor. Through his life, God weaved together passion and circumstances to create a life better than he could have imagined on his own. His journey to becoming a basketball legend is unconventional and full of surprises you won't want to miss.
Grayson Boucher, the Professor, sits with PJ for this very special life sermon. He shares how his love of basketball led him straight to Jesus. He breaks down heart-piercing answers to questions we all wrestle with regarding purpose, destiny, and God's heart for us during tough seasons. Life is filled with adversity, but God loves using those hindrances to build character. He changes situations and creates new avenues of opportunity for us to live a victorious life in an unexpected way. Through Grayson, we can see how the Lord shapes things together to use our talents to our maximum potential allowing us to live a life that is fulfilled and satisfied.
God works everything out for the good of those who love him. It can be hard to see that in the difficult moments. The book of Acts was never closed. We are invited to participate in the life-changing stories God is currently writing through the lives of people. Join us, and be encouraged by the Professor's message of hope on how deeply God has his hand in all our lives.
In this weeks message from Pastor Jeremy Johnson, "Patriots in the New World" we dive deeper into what it means to fast. Our relationship with God is like a marriage, we have to constantly rekindle our flame with God and seek a deeper relationship with Him, and a fast is an amazing way to set aside the time to do just that!
The Lord wants to prune us of the parts of ourselves that don't bear fruit (fruits of the spirit). He will even prune us of the parts that do bear fruit, because he wants to give us MORE! Hindsight is 20/20, we often look at things from our past and we can now see why God allowed us to go through things, it's because there is more ahead of us!
Allow God to be the gardener of your life this year. Invite Him in to prune the good and the bad, so that He can bless you abundantly more! It's in those moments of pruning that we grow closer to Him, only if we lean on Him.
