This was a great choice although both Jack and Rick really wouldn't consider it a horror movie. But it was still good nonetheless. The artwork for it was solid and even though it was a 2000 movie it felt like it should have come out in the 80s. The dialog was not heavy for it and the dialog was meaningful when it was there. But the movie left a lot of questions for them both. But in the end, it will be something that we will need to read.

Jack's score: 7 / 10

Rick's score: 8 / 10

In this episode, we finally finish up our journey with FLCL. And what a journey it has been. Again, Jack and Rick are a little split on this one. With Rick keeping his 7 scores and Jack going 1 point lower than the last one. There are multiple characters that are being focused on here and with it only being 6 episodes long they nicely tie in each character with their own episode and it really does not detract from the show and makes it better because you actually are giving what feels like episodic stories that are at the same time a part of the whole. And we are also given a final conclusion which is not something that we typically get.

Rick's score: 7 / 10

This week's choice was a continuation of the FLCL journey and rather than it being a direct sequel it just takes place in the future with new people and with only 2 consistent characters from the first one. The story was a little similar but at the same time it was different and there were more characters that it focused on than it did in the first one.

For Rick, This was far better than the first season as it was one that he could relate to better and found it far more entertaining. He liked the story and how the characters were written out.

Jack on the other hand did not think it was as good or funny as the first one. He felt like the magic just was not there as much as it was like in the first season.

They Both however did see problems with the story as a whole but overall had fun with it.

Next week's choice is FLCL Season 3. Have you seen next week's choice or one of the previous ones? Let us know what you thought of them or give us a recommendation on what we should watch next!

Jack and Rick on this one were split on their views on it. This series was an interesting one in that the Episodes were all technically OVAs that were released over the course of 1 year. The animation was unique but also at the same time it also was not shy about poking fun at anything and everything with 1 episode even taking a stab at South Park. One of the interesting things about this show taking place over the course of a year is that you can tell the differences in animation between episodes and the series felt like it had trouble keeping its focus at times.

Well, this was certainly a disappointment. It was not the worst one that we have seen but still pretty bad. The movie (or special as it is listed) was honestly a glorified first episode. At least that is how the ending makes it feel. It had a lot of lead up but with no answers or resolution to speak of and it was certainly one of the more confusing movies we have seen. We mainly talk about theories and was we think and try to figure out what is actually happening but it still leaves us with an empty feeling on the inside.

Sorry for the Audio Quality in this one there were issues with the Recording software but so we needed to use a backup. Hope you enjoy it regardless!

This week's choice was the second season of New Game! and it was really on par with the first season. You got to see their take on game development from the day it is conceived to the day that it ships. Aoba, still being relatively new shows some promise and through her own art styles are given the lead designer for their next project. However, she is not given full credit at least not in the eyes of the public. The story of her struggles and the drive that she and her counterparts have are just the tip of the iceberg and the 2 new characters that are introduced quickly become a driving force for everyone.

Next week's choice is Fate Grand First Order the movie. Have you seen next week's choice or one of the previous ones? Let us know what you thought of them or give us a recommendation on what we should watch next!

This week's choice had the guys split a little at the beginning. Jack Enjoyed it but Rick did not enjoy it till he had a chance to reflect on it a bit. t was a cute story about a new hire at a game development company and her journey through learning about her job as well as the adventures, joys, and hardships of working on a game. It is recommended for anyone that is looking for a light and easy show to watch that is enjoyable at the same time.

The story follows some students that are trying to survive with the start of the zombies. it is a good story that shows you what it is like when it first starts and the reaction that people have to what is happening. The main characters are all flawed in their own way but at the same time, it is used to their own advantage, and you are given a story about their background. The overall story is good and it is well worth the watch.

This one was a continuation of last week's choice and honestly. It was just as good as the first season. The detail was there and the subtle callbacks to the first season make it so that you need to watch the first one but not because you will not be able to follow it but because you will want to have a better understanding of the show. But overall the show was great and the story progress and character development were done very well. It is well worth the watch if you have not seen it.

This story is a simple yet elegant romance story. Following Red and Zen through their journey of growth while also discovering their feelings for each other. With the focus on Red primarily she pushes herself to be better and also works on her choice to be an herbologist which is something that she has always wanted to grow in and Zen, and because of Red, he pushes himself to be better because of how she is and is driven because of it but also at the same time he is falling more and more in love with her. It is well worth the watch and it is highly recommended for everyone that is looking for a good starter anime.
