"Self-love has always been hard for me. I had been dieting since I was 11 years old and always thought I needed to lose weight to be enough. I never loved my body as it was because I was always trying to change it. If someone had told me that my body was ok and it was ok to have a different shape than other girls, I would have never started dieting.

I would have saved myself years and years of pain, self-hatred, and yo-yo dieting if someone has told me I was enough when I was younger. Self-love is very important to me because it is the basis of living a happy and healthy life, regardless of what we weigh. When we live our lives loving ourselves, we treat our bodies with respect and establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime. My mission in my business is to empower women to live their lives to their fullest potential no matter their weight."

Jen's money story started when she was young. She grew up in a home where her parents were entrepreneurs. Her life was really nice, she had the house and horses until everything was taken from her one month before she graduated high school.

They lost everything and she had to restart! Her beliefs were deeply set and became part of her future story with money. At 18, she restarted her life.

No matter how much money she made, she kept going into debt and was always broke. Even with a $20,000 a year increase, she still couldn't make ends meet. 

As she restarted her life again after a divorce she uncovered her money blocks. Things like, "money doesn't grow on trees" or "rich people are evil". And her belief that good things will be taken away from her.

She started reprograming this belief and is now helping women find their worthiness and wealth. She helps ambitious, heart-centered women who give too much, own their worth, and master their mindset to easily manifest the wealth, success, and joy they truly desire!

Self-Love is so important to Erin because about 3 years ago she had no idea how to love herself. Over the last 2 months, after breaking her back in three places she has learned how to truly love and make herself a priority.

She never believed she would get over the guilty feeling of asking for “alone time” or prioritizing her needs and when it finally happened, she was so glad she up in the work.

The most pivotal moment for Erin on my journey was when I realized the body image judgments she was making towards others, including her daughter and husband, were all rooted in my lack of love of myself and while it brought me to tears it taught me so much.

Today we dive deep into her self-love journey and healing that started with falling down the stairs and breaking her back. This time allowed her to slow down and realize what was important to her and where she needed to focus her energy.

She finally realized that work, life balance was a myth and decided to take her life back. I can't wait for you to hear about her journey!
