Today’s revelation is in seeing more clearly the relationship between the internal Drama Triangle our parts get hooked by and how that can stir up Drama Triangle energy with others. Can we avoid getting hooked into our own persecutor/victim/rescuer mentality while still looking to connect? Does it help to move toward or away from the pain in ourselves and each other? We also spend time looking at our window of tolerance, Somatic Experiencing, and co-regulation.
This episode begins with a six minute sense meditation including tuning into the quality of experience we want to have.
