1. Rest- slow down- too busy. Too distracted. 

2. Relax- let it go woman of God. Nothing is as important as what is right in front of you right now. Now that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t strive for excellence or try to be better. It just means chill. Be lead by Him. 

3.Remember- always remember what God has done.

His promises are good…HE is faithful. And we can rest in him!-
