Male vulnerability is our focus this week. We dive into how men have a tendency to not open up emotionally as much as women. Why is that? As women, at least I can speak for myself, we want men to express their emotions and feelings to us but a lot of time we don't realize men are typically taught growing up to be tough and to not show their emotions.

Are you going through a breakup or have been through one recently? For those who don't know, I started this Podcast while I was going through one of the toughest breakups I've ever experienced. Rocky and I talk about how men and women deal with breakups differently as well as touch on the different stages of a breakup. We give our advice and personal stories on how we made it to the other side of feeling hopeful about love again. We hope this helps anyone going through a breakup and working on healing their heart.

This week we tackle the topic of jealousy in relationships. Is some level of jealousy healthy in relationships or should there be no jealousy at all? As someone who has been jealous in relationships as well as Rocky, we talk about the things that triggered it and how we tried to work through it.
