Happy New Year!!! As our first episode of 2022, we thought what better topic to discuss then goals for the New Year and more importantly how to stick with them. Whether you want to lose weight, get in better shape, practice more self love, etc. My friend Kim joins me as she has reached great milestones in her weight loss journey. Her and I review our personal and professional goals for the year and how we plan to stick with them. Hopefully this helps you set some goals or give you ideas on how you can ensure you reach your goals.

This is our final episode for 2021! We thought what better way to end the year with a discussion on forgiving, healing and resetting going in to the New Year. I admit, learning the art of forgiving those that hurt me has been my biggest lesson this year and something I'm continuously working on. My goal going in to 2022 is to leave all the past hurt and baggage (or dead bodies as Deidra would say) behind me as well as continuing to focus on self love and self improvement.
